Villa La Fuente- 4 Bedroom Villa, Peurto Del Carmen, Lanzarote
This lovely detached villa approached through double gates, is conveniently situated in the quiet residential area of Los Mojones. The fine sandy beach and main central Avenue of Puerto del Carmen are less than a mile away.
Accommodation
Interior
The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard. It is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday.
The elegant and well-designed villa has a grand entrance hallway with a sweeping stair case to the first floor.
Living Room/Dining Area
There is a spacious 'L' shaped lounge, with bar and a separate TV area. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV that receives English channels, a DVD Player and a stereo system.
The dining room has a solid marble topped table with seating for 8 people. Both rooms have double doors to a breakfast terrace, which has sea views.
Kitchen
The modern separate kitchen is fully fitted with oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
The bedrooms are on one level and comprises of a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and two further twin bedrooms that share a separate family bathroom.
Exterior
The villa occupies a large plot and boasts of the largest private pools in Lanzarote being a massive 17x 6m, which can be heated during the winter months (please add as an extra when booking). The exterior walkways and sun terraces are covered with a non-slip surface for improved safety. To one end of the terrace, there is a brick built covered BBQ with comfortable patio furniture to experience 'alfresco' dining. In an additional covered area there is a luxurious therapeutic hot spa Jacuzzi with adjustable jets for all to enjoy! Ornamental gardens to the front and rear add to the tranquil relaxing environment. Comfortable sun beds, with cushions and a parasol are provided. The villa benefits from limited sea views and has off-road parking for two cars.
