4 Bedroom Villa in Lanzarote - Playa Blanca
This villa is a beautiful modern architect designed, two storey property within walking distance of the resort of Playa Blanca and beach. It has four bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and a large, heated swimming pool set in sub-tropical gardens with secluded sun terraces. For families with young children it benefits from a gated swimming pool.
Accommodation
Interior
This villa is furnished to a high standard and is bright and spacious. 2 cots, 2 high chairs (more available if required), safes and hairdryers are also provided.
Lounge/Dining Area
There is a stunning open plan living area covering most of the lower level with huge patio doors looking out onto the landscaped garden. It has stylish, comfortable seating, a large dining table and a well-equipped modern kitchen. It has Satellite TV, DVD player and Media Centre. There is also access to an utility area and a guest toilet on this floor.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, ceramic hob and oven, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. Two have double beds, an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to the terrace. Two twin bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room. All the beds are covered with mosquito netting and each bedroom has a free standing fan.
Outside
A covered terrace runs along the upper floor of the villa and overlooks the superb 10 x 4m electrically heated swimming pool with Roman steps leading down it and a poolside shower. For the small children's safety, the pool has a lockable gate. The terrace has generous patio dining furniture, a cactus garden and mood lighting in the evenings. A few steps lead up to the large, sheltered sun bathing terrace surrounding the swimming pool and the colourful garden. A large built in Canarian barbeque is provided.
