Casa Kernow is a south facing villa, located centrally (5 minutes from Arrecife) for the whole holiday island of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands.It is a large original Canarian house with 4 very individual and spacious apartments.

Living Room/Dining Room
This apartment has double entrance doors facing the pool, which lead into the lounge/dining area. There is a leather sofa and chairs, occasional tables with lamps, rugs and small dining table. There is Satellite TV and a video recorder and a family dining table.

Kitchen
The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and all utensils needed for a self catering holiday. Smoke alarms and fire blankets are fitted.
There is a side door by the kitchen leading to a private patio area which receives the evening sun and has views over the mountains.
This apartment also has large cupboard storage and extra shelving for all your holiday equipment.  
There is a laundry room with washing machine, essential to avoid that awful holiday hand washing.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
The first bedroom has large fitted wardrobes, dressing table unit, rugs, bedside tables and a double bed. This adjoins a hallway leading to the second bedroom which has twin beds, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, chair and rugs. The bathroom is light, airy and has toilet, bidet, shower and washbasin.
The windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

Exterior
Outside, there is an heated 11x4.5m pool which is enclosed by a high wall and gates, making it safe for young children, and the sunbathing area with ample sun beds, chairs, tables and a al fresco dining area with a barbeque. Surrounding the pool there is very spacious with two large umbrellas for shade.
The property occupies a large plot with shady terraces and tropical gardens. Within the gardens there are an orchard with several fruit trees and a variety of cactus, plants shrubs.
There are also 2 large areas for car parking.
 
Extra Information
The owners live on site, so lots of advice about the island, its restaurants, places of interest, best beaches, and value for money shops is available, and they are happy to meet the guests at the airport.
There are supplies of fans, books, magazines, video library and children's books and games.
In this block, there are 3 more apartments (PA008, PA010, PA011), so you have a big party to go on holiday you can booking more than 1 apartment.
